I'm the founding ML engineer at Actualaiz, where I own the model layer end-to-end: data pipelines, training, retrieval and agents, evaluation, deployment, and the on-call that comes with all of it. Building from zero with a small team has been a fast way to learn how ML systems actually behave once they meet real users. I like building from zero, taking a vague AI problem and choosing the right tool for it, whether that's a simple baseline or a more complex system. Most of what I ship is LLM-application work: RAG, agents, fine-tuning, the evals that catch regressions, and the serving infra that keeps latency honest. Right now I'm spending more time on agentic systems, post-training, and ML-infra problems, where reliability matters as much as accuracy.
