As the Strategy & Operations Business Partner for AAI AMER, you&39;ll work side-by-side with regional field engineering leadership as a deep expert in the business: the metrics, the segments, the deals, and the trends that matter most to driving growth.</p> <p>This is a high-autonomy, high-trust role. You&39;ll partner directly with senior commercial leaders, build frameworks and operating rhythms, and translate ambiguous strategic questions into clear, actionable recommendations — then help carry those recommendations through to execution.
