This role sits at the center of our highest-priority platform and product investments, partnering across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to bring foundational capabilities to market globally.</p> <p>You will lead complex, high-visibility programs where the path isn’t fully defined, align senior stakeholders, and build the operating models that scale execution across the company.</p> <h2><strong>The Impact You’ll Make</strong></h2> <p>You will own delivery of some of Databricks’ most important initiatives and programs that reach tens of thousands of enterprise customers worldwide. You will influence roadmap decisions, drive execution across organizations, and ensure launches translate into real customer adoption and business impact.</p> <p>Examples of programs you may lead include:</p> <ul> <li>Scaling core platform experiences that define how customers interact with Databricks (e.g., workspace, identity, access, and cross-product workflows)</li> <li>Leading cross-functional initiatives that unify product experiences across data, AI, and governance capabilities</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>End-to-End Program Leadership: </strong>Own complex, cross-functional programs from initial scoping through launch and adoption.
