Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop AI agents and automation workflows using RAG-based architectures.
- Build end-to-end agent workflows from JSON input and payload processing through chunking, RAG implementation, backpropagation, forward pass, and recursive algorithmic loops.
- Create, configure, and manage AI agents in Cash Platform, Agent Studio, and Vortex AI Agent Builder.
- Collaborate with business customer teams to proactively identify issues, propose improvements, and resolve blockers.
- Review code, change lists (CLs), dashboard logic, and validate AI pipelines and workflow health.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI agent performance, workflow reliability, and operational issues.
- Flag issues proactively and provide automated as well as human-assisted resolution approaches.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to AI solution enhancements and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of AI agent workflows and integrations.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in AI agent development and RAG-based architectures.
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and AI orchestration pipelines.
- Proficiency in handling JSON structures, payload management, and data processing workflows.
- Understanding of chunking strategies for AI/LLM-based applications.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts including forward pass, backpropagation, and recursive algorithmi
