Cerebras is seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Electrical Engineer to drive our system hardware development. This role is focusing on defining and driving system architecture and strategy for high-performance compute, AI/ML accelerators and advanced ASIC platforms. Responsibilities Lead system architecture and hardware design from concept to production release. Own hardware development, system specification, schematic and layout design, bring up, debug, validation and system integration. Drive future technology development with internal and industry partners. Collaborate with various design and operations teams: manufacturing operations & test engineering, supply chain, ASIC, mechanical, signal integrity, power delivery, layout, embedded & diagnostic, etc. Minimum Qualifications B.S.c, M.S.c, or Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of experience as a board design engineer (exceptional candidates with other experience levels will also be considered). Experience with system design, digital circuits, power delivery, voltage regulators, and high-speed signal integrity. System-level understanding and familiarity with production environment.
