Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead enterprise customers through technical discovery, solution architecture, and proof-of-value execution across AI and unstructured data environments. This role bridges Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes from initial engagement through early production deployment. The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure expertise with customer-facing confidence and hands-on technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep technical discovery and align AI/data initiatives with business objectives
- Architect scalable solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Deliver customized demos, workshops, and executive briefings
- Lead end-to-end POV deployments, including installation, configuration, and validation
- Troubleshoot performance, integration, and security issues during rollout
- Drive production adoption through documentation, enablement, and expansion planning
- Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar) within SaaS, infrastructure, or AI environments
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid architecture design
