Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Prompt Engineer – Generative AI (LLMs) on contract who can design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to build reliable AI-driven workflows and products. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative with language, and capable of structuring instructions that produce consistent, high-quality outputs from modern AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Candidates from IIT institutes are strongly preferred. - Structured thinkers who can convert complex tasks into precise prompts. - Curiosity about AI behavior and reasoning patterns. - Ability to rapidly test, iterate, and improve prompts. - Strong documentation and experimentation mindset.
