United Software Group Inc is seeking a Senior Gen AI Engineer with a strong blend of Full-Stack Software Engineering and Applied AI expertise. The role involves designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, managing cross-functional Agile teams, and driving innovation in AI strategy. Responsibilities - Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, Intelligent Automation, and AI-powered applications, with a track record of driving business value from concept through production - Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, React JS, PyTorch, SQL, OpenAI APIs, FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit, REST APIs, Docker, and modern application architectures - Experience building scalable AI platforms, integrating LLMs into business applications, developing agentic workflows, and deploying secure, production-grade AI solutions - Deep understanding of Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with MLOps, AI governance, Responsible AI, enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and model lifecycle management - Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional Agile teams, driving innovation, shaping AI strategy, and engaging stakeholders effectively - Experience in healthcare, life sciences, payer/provider, or other highly regulated industries is preferred Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field - 5–10+ years of experience in Applied AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and Digital Transformation - Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, Intelligent Automation, and AI-powered applications - Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, React JS, PyTorch, SQL, OpenAI APIs, FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit, REST APIs, Docke
