Hyderabad, India Full-time AI & Machine Learning Responsibilities Design and implement production RAG pipelines with hybrid retrieval and re-ranking Build and optimize vector database infrastructure for enterprise-scale document collections Develop intelligent document processing pipelines for ingestion, chunking, and embedding Implement advanced retrieval strategies including query decomposition and multi-hop reasoning Create evaluation frameworks to measure retrieval quality, faithfulness, and relevance Optimize RAG system performance for latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency Requirements 3-5 years of software engineering experience with focus on search or information retrieval Strong experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, or pgvector) Knowledge of embedding models, re-ranking algorithms, and semantic search techniques Experience with document parsing and processing (PDF, HTML, markdown, tables) Proficiency in Python with experience in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks Understanding of chunking strategies, metadata filtering, and retrieval optimization Nice to Have Experience with knowledge graph-augmented retrieval Knowledge of ColBERT, cross-encoders, and late interaction models Familiarity with enterprise search systems (Elasticsearch, Solr) Skills PythonVector DatabasesRAGLangChainEmbeddingsElasticsearchDocument ProcessingSemantic Search Apply for this position Fill in
