Apply Now What You’ll Be Doing As our Prompt Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of AI strategy and implementation. This role blends creative thinking, technical fluency, and marketing logic to deliver real-world results for both BluCactus and our clients. You will not just write prompts — you will build systems using AI. This is a role for a builder, not just an operator. Key Responsibilities: Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs Build and document reusable prompt libraries and GPT agents for daily use Create custom AI Agents that replace tasks like onboarding, reporting, appointment setting, HR screening, and more Work closely with our strategy, creative, and ads teams to integrate prompt workflows across departments. Research and summarize trends, competitors, and market insights using tools like Perplexity.ai Create dynamic video and content using AI avatar tools such as HeyGen and Photo AI Build no-code automations in Make.com and Zapier that streamline daily operations Document internal AI processes and maintain up-to-date SOPs and AI system maps Train internal tea
