We're expanding our Prompt Engineering team and are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join us!
Requirements
- Senior+ level: 4+ years of hands-on experience working on AI/ML or conversational AI projects — ideally in fintech, telecom, or retail
- Proven experience with prompt engineering: writing and iterating prompts for LLMs for real product use cases
- Experience designing end-to-end conversational flows for chatbots or AI agents, including intent recognition, dialogue trees, fallback handling, consumer copywriting
- Experience with prompt testing / QA and AI Observability tools (LangSmith, etc)
- Experience with prompt iterating and evals (prompt engineering + test cases + human-in-the-loop)
Nice to have
- Background in UX Design or UX Research - strong plus!
- AI Voice experience
- Background in business process analysis: ability to translate complex workflows into clear, structured dialogue scenarios
Responsibilities
- Analyze how business processes work on the client side: study internal instructions for employees, as well as real conversation recordings and transcripts;
- Based on this analysis, design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate these processes;
- Create training and test data sets;
- Develop and apply methodologies to assess the quality of the AI agents’ performance and use them to refine the agents.
