About the role: We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join our newly formed, specialised AI team and help drive the next phase of innovation across our business. In this role, you’ll design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support sales performance. Working closely with Engineering, SRE, and business stakeholders, you’ll translate real business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly contribute to embedding AI capabilities across core platforms and delivering measurable outcomes.Key responsibilities: - Deliver end-to-end AI solutions that improve operational and sales efficiency, integrating them across core systems - Develop agentic workflows and autonomous components using Python, Langflow, and modern AI tooling - Own the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement through to design, testing, and deployment - Embed AI-driven compone
