As an NLP Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the language-related features of our application. Working closely with our development team, you will apply cutting-edge NLP research to create practical, production-ready implementations. Responsibilities - Develop and enhance language-related features in our application using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. - Collaborate with the development team to integrate NLP solutions into our software products. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP research and apply them to improve our application’s functionality. - Extract actionable insights from research articles and academic journals, and translate them into practical applications. - Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of NLP components. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 10 years of work experience (for Visa purposes). - Strong expertise in Deep Learning (DL) techniques and algorithms. - Proficiency in Python, including expertise with relevant libraries and frameworks such as Fairseq, PyTorch, SentencePiece, and Transformers. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. - Previous experience working on NLP-driven applications. - Demonstrated ability to apply research articles and journals to create practical, production-ready implementations. - Knowledge of best practices and design patterns in software development. Compensation ¥4,200,000 ~ ¥5,040,000 annually.
