Responsibilities - Design and implement NLP models to improve search relevance, accuracy, and natural language understanding. - Build scalable NLP solutions in collaboration with the development team. - Research, evaluate, and implement modern NLP techniques and tools. - Develop robust systems to support AI-driven search functionality. Required Skills - Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML). - Experience with pre-training and fine-tuning language models. - Familiarity with Transformer architecture. - Familiarity with OpenAI and open-source LLMs. - Knowledge of word embeddings, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and text classification. - Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++. - Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or spaCy. - Knowledge of search and recommendation algorithms and platforms. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
