Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Automation Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize automated manufacturing assembly and test systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency, enhance product quality, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives through advanced automation technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes. Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, robotics, and industrial control systems. Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment. Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost. Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control system documentation, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues. Lead or support capital automation projects from concept through implementation.
