With our offices in Hamburg, Munich and Düsseldorf and our hub locations in all other major German cities (Berlin, Frankfurt and Stuttgart), we ensure that all colleagues are integrated into our team of experts across Germany.Your role as a Lead GenAI Solution Engineer: - Technical Leadership of AI Projects: You own the end-to-end architecture and technical delivery of GenAI solutions for clients - from strategy through to production deployment. - Team Leadership: You lead project teams, allocate work packages, ensure quality standards, and actively support the ongoing development of team members. - Architecture Decisions: You define and take ownership of technical architecture decisions for complex AI systems - including agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations - and confidently represent these decisions to clients. - Senior-Level Advisory: You act as a trusted sparring partner to business units and senior management up to C-level. You translate AI capabilities into tangible business value and manage stakeholder expectations. - Scoping & Estimation: You collaborate with clients to define project scope, estimate effort, and contri
