We’re a fast-paced, 100% remote company, and we’re looking for an awesome Lead Conversational AI Engineer who will build, test, and evaluate LLM prompts in a small, fast-moving team. Your primary responsibility will leading the team to develop prompts which leverage LLMs to optimize existing conversation flows and data ingestion to continuously improve the chat experience and engagement of our users. You will work with the Direqt Product/AI team to create, evaluate and enhance AI solutions utilized by our products to provide easy to use, economical and highly scalable solutions, and will be a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Technical lead of our Conversational AI team
- Optimize existing conversation flows and processing of content by updating data sets, re-training, and looking at logs of conversation flows
- Quantitatively evaluate the efficiency and accuracy of various LLM providers
- Conduct linguistic and functional quality assurance of chatbots
- Work closely with Product Management to identify new opportunities and conversational strategies
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Skills And Qualifications
- Extensive LLM experience, in particular with prompt engineering
