Associate, Infrastructure Strategy & Operations

<h3><strong>About The Role</strong></h3> <p>Together AI is rapidly scaling its compute infrastructure across multiple sites and deployment types. The Associate, Infrastructure Strategy & Operations will be the analytical backbone of the Infrastructure Strategy team, powering the research, benchmarking, and operational analysis across the team&39;s core workstreams, including capacity planning, compute sourcing, vendor evaluation, and site selection.</p> <p>You&39;ll be the person who keeps the team organized and well-informed as infrastructure scales, partnering closely with Infra Eng and Finance to ensure timely, data-backed decisions.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support the Infrastructure Strategy team&39;s planning process by gathering data, running comparisons, and preparing materials and recommendations for leadership reviews.</li> <li>Build internal trackers and dashboards that help the team monitor infrastructure deployments, vendor pipelines, and compute allocations across products and customers</li> <li>Maintain and improve the team&39;s sourcing comparison frameworks across location, vendor, and site evaluation workstreams, in partnership with Finance and Infra Eng.</li> <li>Run analyses to support capacity allocation decisions.</li> <li>Research and evaluate data center sites and energy sourcing options, comparing power availability, connectivity, permitting timelines, deployment readiness, and reliability.</li> <li>Champion process improvements across the Infrastructure Strategy function, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, and Finance to design AI-native workflows that streamline operations and automate repetitive analysis.</li> <li>Take on ad hoc analytical projects as priorities evolve, operating with speed and minimal direction.</li&g
