About the Role Join the MetaDefender Endpoint team building OPSWAT's cross-platform endpoint security agent, deployed on millions of devices at governments, critical infrastructure operators, and large enterprises worldwide. We are looking for an AI Native Senior Software Engineer who treats AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, all licensed by OPSWAT) as core productivity multipliers, and who has the judgment to know when AI accelerates work and when traditional engineering is the right call. What You'll Do - Design, build, and ship features across the MetaDefender Endpoint C++/Qt codebase (Windows primary; macOS and Linux supported). - Use GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code daily to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation, while evaluating AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability before it ships. - Author and maintain AI context files for the modules you own, so agents produce consistent, on-pattern code across the team. - Review code with a security-first lens, for both human- and AI-generated changes. - Mentor t
